The Flower Farm at Primrose Vale

Our Cotswold flower farm lives at Primrose Vale PYO farm on the edge of Cheltenham.

Primrose Vale is a seasonal PYO farm in Gloucestershire, with produce available from the end of March until Christmas. I love walking into the farm shop each week and seeing the shelves transform from rhubarb and asparagus in the spring, to strawberries and raspberries in the summer, before the glut of pumpkins and squash come in in time for Halloween. The year is finished off with home grown Christmas trees as well as rental trees which you can rent over the festive season before they are returned to the ground in January.

Our flower garden is nestled in the fruit field and much like the rest the rest of the farm, our produce changes week on week. We cut from April with the arrival of the Spring favourites narcissi, tulips and anemones into a summer full of roses, sweet peas and foxgloves before an autumn with dahlias, cosmos and zinnias. The garden celebrates the season and we even get a few self-seeded raspberries & strawberries flown in from the tunnels surrounding us.

For more information on the farm we have created The Flower Farm page on our website and this year we will be launching our seasonal Pinterest boards to show you how the garden changes throughout the year.
